Litsight is a powerful and easy-to-use talent assessment platform. It was born after more than 14 years of work in human talent consulting. Our cloud-based human resources software helps companies and consultants evaluate behavior, work competencies and emotional intelligence with clear data. This way they can better decide who to hire, how to support their teams' growth and how to improve the organization's performance.
From human experience to data science
Birth of LIT
Litsight was born within LIT Transformational Integral Leadership®, a firm dedicated for more than 14 years to human and organizational development. At LIT we have accompanied companies from different industries in leadership processes, process transformation and commercial development, always with a central idea: results are not explained only by strategy or processes, but by the real behavior of the people who execute them.
Creation of DISC-LCC®
This path led our founder, Ana María Navarro, to create the DISC-LCC® methodology; a proprietary model to analyze human behavior and reveal each person's natural strengths: how they act at work, how they respond under pressure, how they lead and how they communicate. DISC-LCC® assessments have allowed hundreds of organizations to go beyond the resume, better predict cultural fit and design effective development plans.
Launch of Litsight®
With the growth of these processes, we saw a clear opportunity: to transfer this experience to a technological solution that would make work easier for Human Management teams and consulting firms. Thus, in 2023 we began the development of Litsight®, our talent assessment platform that integrates DISC-LCC® and other reasoning, emotional intelligence and competency tests to make HR decisions based on data, not just intuition.
