Partners Policy

1. Definitions

  • Partner: Consultant, coach, psychologist, consulting firm, or entity authorized by Litsight to market assessments and associated services under the terms of this policy.
  • Final Client: Company or individual that acquires assessments through the Partner, without direct access to the Litsight platform.
  • Credit: Purchase unit to apply an assessment to one person (1 credit = 1 application of up to 6 tests from the catalog for a single assessee).
  • Minimum Selling Price (MSP): Unit value established by Litsight that the Distributor must respect according to the volume of credits acquired by their Final Client.

2. Requirements to be a Partner

Professional profile:

  • Practice in areas related to human or organizational development (coaching, psychology, consulting, etc.).
  • Have verifiable experience in professional services related to competency assessments.

Ethical commitment:

  • Align with Litsight's values: transparency, responsibility, authenticity, and building the future.
  • Have no history of fraud, spam, or violations of intellectual property rights.

Validation:

  • Pass an interview with the Litsight team to confirm strategic alignment.
  • Accept the General Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and this Policy.

3. Partner Obligations

3.1 Client Management

Direct relationship:

The Partner is solely responsible for commercial, technical, and support interaction with their Final Client.

Prohibition of intermediation:

Final Clients do not manage assessments directly in Litsight. The Partner must carry out the entire process (credit purchase, assessment assignment, report delivery).

Added value:

Offer complementary services (e.g., feedback sessions, development plans) to differentiate their proposal.

3.2 Prices and Sales

Respect for Minimum Selling Price (MSP):

Minimum unit selling prices according to quantity ranges requested by final client. These prices are shared with accepted Partners and are subject to changes to seek the best commercial performance.

Aggressive discount prohibited:

Do not offer credits below the MSP corresponding to the volume range requested by the final client, nor unauthorized promotions that devalue the brand.

3.3 Platform Use

Exclusive access:

Distributor account credentials are personal and non-transferable.

Incident reporting:

Notify Litsight of suspicious activities, technical errors, or security violations within 24 hours.

4. Referral Program

4.1 Lifetime Commissions

% on net sales:

Percentage calculated on the total value of each referred user's purchases, excluding taxes, coupons, and discounts.

Commission percentage:

30% during the first year, 15% for life. Consult the terms and conditions of the Referral Program.

Waiting period:

Commissions will be "pending" for 15 calendar days. After this period, they are released as "available".

4.2 Commission Withdrawals

Minimum per withdrawal:

$50 USD.

Frequency:

Maximum 1 monthly withdrawal.

Usage options:

  • Purchase credits and subscription plans in Litsight.
  • Withdrawal in money via bank transfer or PayPal (subject to tax withholdings according to jurisdiction).

5. Prohibitions

  • Self-referrals: Register own accounts, family members, or related companies as Final Clients or referred users.
  • Spam: Prohibited mass sending of unsolicited emails, use of bots on social networks, or identity impersonation.
  • Fraud: Alter assessment results. Create fake accounts to inflate commissions.

Consequences:

Permanent blocking, balance retention, and legal actions.

6. Data Protection and Intellectual Property

Confidentiality:

  • Handle Final Client data under Litsight's Privacy Policy and applicable regulations (Law 1581 of 2012, GDPR).
  • Do not store sensitive information (e.g., assessment results) outside the platform without express authorization from assessees.

Intellectual property:

  • Assessments, methodologies (e.g., DISC-LCC®), and reports are the exclusive property of Litsight.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Modifications and Termination

Unilateral changes:

Litsight may adjust prices, commissions, or conditions with 15 days advance notice, notifying by email.

Termination for non-compliance:

Grounds:

  • MSP violation, fraud, damage to Litsight's reputation.
  • Immediate effect, no right to compensation.

Post-termination transition:

Approved balances will be paid within 30 days.

8. Jurisdiction

Applicable law:

Colombian legislation.

Dispute resolution:

Any conflict will be resolved before the competent courts of Bogotá, Colombia.

Acceptance:

By registering as a Partner, you fully accept this policy. Non-compliance will result in commercial and/or legal sanctions.
