Referral Program Policy

1. Definitions

• Referrer: Active Litsight user who participates in the program by inviting new users through a unique link or code. All users with a Partner-type account in Litsight are Referrers and have access to the Referrals panel from the moment they subscribe to an annual plan.
• Referred: New user who registers in Litsight through the Referrer's link/code and makes at least one valid transaction paying with money.
• Commission: Percentage of net sales (excluding taxes, coupons, and discounts) generated by the Referred, which accumulates to the Referrer.
• Available Balance: Approved commissions that the Referrer can withdraw or use on the platform.
• Pending Balance: Commissions in waiting period (15 calendar days) before being available.

2. Eligibility

All active Litsight users with a valid subscription plan (Starter, Plus, Pro, or Enterprise) and a Partner (Distributor) type account may participate. The Referrer must have a verified account and comply with Litsight's General Terms, as well as the Referral Program Terms.

3. Program Mechanics

3.1 Unique Link/Code Generation

Each Partner user subscribed to an annual Litsight plan has a unique link and code in their account to share with potential Referred users.

3.2 Requirements for the Referred

• Must be a new user (no previous accounts in Litsight).
• Must complete registration through the link or enter the Referrer's code and make at least one valid transaction (Credit purchase or subscription paid with money. Purchases made entirely with coupons or commission balance do not count).
• Referred users can be Companies (that want to apply assessments to their own employees) or Partners (Consultants, coaches, mentors, psychologists, and other professionals who use Litsight to complement their services).

3.3 Validation

Referred transactions paid with money (bank transfer, credit card, etc.) will be automatically validated. The following will not be considered valid:

• Purchases made entirely with coupons, discounts, or commission balance.
• Returns or refunds requested within 14 calendar days.

For purchases made combining money with coupons and/or commission balance, the commission will be calculated on the payment made with money. In the case that the purchase was made in Colombia, the 19% VAT will be deducted before calculating the commission.

4. Commissions

4.1 Commission Calculation

The Referrer will receive a percentage on the net value of all transactions made by the Referred (excluding taxes, coupons, and discounts).

Example: If a Referred purchases credits for 100 USD with a 20 USD discount, the commission will be calculated on $80 USD.

4.2 Commission Percentage

The applicable commission percentage will be 30% during the first year from the moment of registration and 15% for life after the first year is completed.

Example: If a referred user purchases credits for 100 USD during their first year, the referrer will obtain a commission of 30 USD (less VAT). If the same referred user makes a purchase of 100 USD in credits during their third year in Litsight, the referrer will earn 15 USD (less VAT).

4.3 Waiting Period and Availability

Commissions will appear as Pending Balance for 15 calendar days from the Referred's purchase.

After this period, they will be transferred to Available Balance, provided that:

• No refunds have been requested by the Referred.
• The transaction has not been marked as fraudulent.

4.4 Withdrawals and Use of Commissions

Usage options:

• Purchase credits or subscriptions in Litsight.
• Withdrawal in money through bank transfer or PayPal.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum amount: $50 USD per request.
• Frequency: Maximum 1 withdrawal request per calendar month.
• Processing: Requests will be resolved within 5 business days after approval.
• The referrer must register as a supplier of SWEBCOL SAS and send all requested documentation to approve their withdrawal.

5. Prohibitions

• Self-referrals: Prohibited to register own accounts as Referred.
• Referrals of existing users: Prohibited to refer users who already have an account and start using a new one to favor the referrer.
• Spam: Aggressive promotion methods are not allowed (e.g., unsolicited emails, bots, impersonation).
• Fraud: Litsight will verify all transactions. If irregular conduct is detected (e.g., fake accounts), commissions will be cancelled and the Referrer's account may be suspended.

6. Modifications and Termination

Litsight reserves the right to modify the commission percentage, conditions, or terminate the program, notifying with 15 days advance notice by email or on the platform.

Commissions from valid Referred users before termination will remain in effect.

7. Taxes and Liability

Taxes and financial expenses:

The Referrer is responsible for declaring and paying applicable taxes, withholdings, and financial commissions on their Litsight commissions according to their jurisdiction. This includes taxes, applicable withholdings, and commissions from the chosen payment method to withdraw commissions, among others. Litsight does not benefit monetarily from complying with these regulations.

Liability exclusion:

• Although we use global-scale infrastructure, Litsight does not guarantee the accuracy of referral tracking due to technical failures. In case of being able to demonstrate an earned commission that is not reflected in the referrer's platform, the Litsight team will make the corresponding correction.
• Litsight is not responsible for losses derived from changes in the program or delays in withdrawals.

8. Consent

The Referrer, by sharing their referral link and/or code, affirms to agree with these Referral Program Terms and accepts that their participation is subject to compliance with these.

9. Disputes

Any conflict will be resolved under the terms of jurisdiction and applicable law established in Litsight's General Terms (Section 10).
