How can you make money as a Litsight Partner?
As a Litsight® Official Partner you have two main sources of income: selling assessments to your clients and referral commissions.
Selling assessments to your clients
Each Partner plan includes a pool of assessment credits. 1 credit = 1 person assessed, and you can apply up to 6 tests in a single assessment.
1 credit = 1 person · Up to 6 tests
You buy credits at a preferential price according to your plan (Starter, Plus, Pro).
You can sell individual assessments to your clients (e.g., DISC-LCC®, Emotional Intelligence, cognitive skills) at suggested prices by volume or include them in your current services to increase prices and perceived value.
You decide your pricing strategy: include other tests with additional value or at no cost, according to your service proposal.
Referral program with lifetime commissions
For each user you refer (Company or Partner) using your code, you receive commissions on their purchases: subscription plan and additional credits.
Commissions on first year purchases.
Recurring commissions from the second year onwards, as long as that account remains active.
You only need an active plan (Starter or higher).

Minimum requirements
Demonstrable experience in consulting, coaching, organizational psychology or corporate training.
At least some active (or recent) clients in the business area.
Ethical approach and commitment to responsible use of assessments.
Willingness to integrate assessments as a constant part of your services (not just occasionally).
